All fashion trends are cyclical, but some trends of the 90s I seemed to always return more determination than others. Chains, velvet and slip dresses are for the average person to withdraw just enough nice but the UFO pants - that is a challenge.
One might think that the massive pants would create the scene in Clueless where Cher fashion - selecting young regrets - especially when combined short sleeves and oversized sneakers with a metal button. Somehow, this girl is all chic.
