"The investment in the city center was fantastic" - Coventry residents react to plans style makeover Carnaby Street

Coventry residents reacted to the news that a central vortex of the city is a phase of "style Carnaby Street 'with colored lights and screens outdoor space for restaurants and cafes.

Aube Shakespeare My mother and I were in town yesterday and were told the same. So much improvement is needed in the city and this will be in a street!

Susie Miller: I went to Coventry now almost 7 years and when I arrived here, there was a smell. Recently it seems to move in the world. Very do a lot more work, but I like this idea. Birmingham is the new way of working in London, as it were priced housing market, and if it is too expensive, a home for sale Birmingham, Coventry will be the next great place to live. I thought I would never say it, but actually learn to love this city.

Matt Evans: It will look fabulous. It will still take a lot of improvements in the city, but I'm glad that they move slowly. You can find more shops? Yes. Do we need more business? Questionable. if I even ordered on their website at some stores and have it delivered for less! More social space and pleasant to win tourism in the city is great.

Sarah Buxton: I wonder who will take care of BHS, I hope not remain empty as long as placemat on the road that has been empty for years!

Gernon Erica: It will be wonderful to make a proper entrance door have to encourage the people in the cathedral, since they are completely hidden by other buildings.
